Where does the data come from?
Directly from Texas-reported hotel receipts — the room revenue every Texas hotel reports to the State, shown as reported, not estimated.
How current is it, and how far back does it go?
Updated as new monthly filings are released by the state. Coverage runs from 2021 through the latest reporting month and expands over time.
A number looks wrong — is the data accurate?
Figures are shown exactly as the business reported them to the state, and Lodging TX Analytics doesn't alter them. Reporting gaps or late filings can make a month look low; where we can detect a gap we flag it. If you believe a specific record is mismatched (for example, the wrong location or owner), email us the details and we'll look into the mapping.
What is RevPAR here, exactly?
RevPAR is trailing-12-month room revenue divided by (rooms × days). We derive it from the reported room receipts and the property's room count, so it's directly comparable across properties in your market.
What do the plans cost, and how do I upgrade?
Open Account → Billing to see current plans and upgrade or change your plan at any time. Your new plan takes effect immediately and unlocks its features right away.
How do I cancel, and do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime in a click from Account → Billing — access continues through the end of your current billing period. For a refund question, contact us below and include the email on your account.
I can't log in or forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to reset it by email. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button to sign in. Still stuck? Write to us below from the email on your account and we'll help.
What are the watchlist and Portfolio?
Premium features. The comp-set watchlist lets you track up to 7 properties, flag yours, and see your monthly RevPAR rank. Portfolio groups your hotels into roll-ups of combined revenue and RevPAR.
How does “Refer a friend” work?
Share your personal link (top menu → Refer). A friend who joins through it gets an extended 10-day preview, and you earn +3 preview days each time — for your first three referrals.
Can I export the data?
Detail pages show full monthly history on screen. If you need a bulk export or an API for your own analysis, tell us your use case below — we prioritize export features by demand.
Is Lodging TX Analytics affiliated with the state?
No. Lodging TX Analytics is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Texas state agency, and all figures are shown as reported to the state.
